Background and objectives 背景和目标

As one of the largest populations of goats in the world, theChinagovernment has always encouraged the development of dairy goat industry. Dairy goats are extensively distributed in different provinces ofChina, mainly including four well-known breeds: Xinong saanen, Guanzhong, Wendeng and Laoshan dairy goat fromShaanxiandShandongprovinces. Due to having abundant resources of dairy goat,Chinahas made remarkable progress in dairy goat industry in recent years.

作为世界山羊数量最多的国家之一，中国政府一直支持奶山羊产业的发展。奶山羊广泛分布在中国各省区，主要包括四个知名品种：西农萨能奶山羊（陕西），关中奶山羊（陕西），文登奶山羊（山东）和崂山奶山羊（山东）。由于奶山羊资源丰富，中国奶山羊产业近年来发展迅速。

  The objective of conference is to encourage communication and cooperation among scientists, technicians and producers involved in dairy goat production systems, with a view to: (1) communicate the methodologies for genetic improvement and diseases prevention; (2) demonstrate the extension of breeding program in rural farm; (3) show the high-quality milk production through regulating dairy goat nutrition; (4) discuss the research and development of goat milk products; and (5) analyze the future of dairy goat industry. This conference will be a good opportunity to develop collaborations to promote dairy goats industry in the Asian-Australasian region and beyond.

本次会议的目的旨在推动研究者、技术人员和生产者参与奶山羊产业并加强交流与合作，主要包括：（1）交流奶山羊遗传改良和疾病防控技术；（2）农牧场奶山羊育种繁殖方案；（3）奶山羊营养调控与优质羊奶生产；（4）羊奶产品研究和开发；（5）奶山羊产业发展前景。本次会议将为促进亚澳及其他地区奶山羊产业发展提供交流平台和良好机遇。

Call for papers: Deadline at January 31, 2016

论文征集：截止时间2016年1月31日

The deadline for submission of the full paper of communications accepted by the scientific committee will be January 31, 2016. It would be better that the full paper is not more than 30,000 letters (including spaces), including abstract, keywords, introduction, material and methods, results and discussion, conclusion and references. All accepted papers will be reviewed and published in the Proceedings.

论文征集截止日期为2016年1月31日。全文不超过30,000字符（含空格），包括摘要、关键词、引言、材料与方法、结果与讨论、结论和参考文献等。所有通过同行评审的录用论文将以会议论文集形式出版。

Accommodation  食宿

Participants will be accommodated at Yangling International Convention Exhibition Hotel or Guest Hotel of Northwest A&F University. Accommodation bookings can be made while registering for the conference. Each participant is responsible for covering his/her room cost.
